AXIOM CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Cleaning Times:

Your cleaning service schedule is emailed to you prior to our arrival date, both once scheduled and then the day before as a reminder. We do our best to be prompt and meet the customer requested time, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be more than 15 minutes late, we will contact you. Axiom House Cleaning Services appreciate a little flexibility, so please allow us a few minutes either way.

Payment Policy:

We ask that you allow us to collect the payment upon our completion of your house cleaning service. If you need special payment arrangements, just let us know at time of booking your appointment.

Returned Check Fee:

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee due to our banks policy to charge our account, so if we get hit with it, you may incur a late payment fee.

Unavailable Fee:

Basically, Axiom House Cleaning Services understands that things happen, so we do not charge anything for cancellations, but we do ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible. 24–48 hours would be great. And we can easily reschedule you at that time.

Cancellations:

Hasn't happened yet, but on the rare occasion that Axiom House Cleaning Services cancels a scheduled cleaning appointment with less than a 24-hour advance notice, and has no available openings for another cleaning appointment within the next five business days, the next cleaning will be provided at a discount of $25.00 credit. If our offer to reschedule is refused, we may rescind the offer and no credit will be granted.

Loss or Breakage:

Axiom House Cleaning Services is licensed, bonded and insured well beyond the minimum amounts required in North Carolina and by many housecleaning companies.


SERVICE QUALITY GUARANTEE.

Axiom House Cleaning Services will provide outstanding house cleaning services for you and all customers. But, if for some reason you find something we missed, just contact us within 24 hours of service and we will correct the problem. If there is an issue we offer our 100% Satisfaction Promise and will correct the problem at no charge and additionally provide one half hour of cleaning services at no extra charge to compensate for your inconvenience.

Referrals:

If you have a friend and/or neighbor who would appreciate our services, we do offer you discount incentives for your friendly recommendation. We do work hard to keep our reputation and customer satisfaction at the top, so any help will not go unforgotten.
